Don’t forget
A personal textile exploration, an introspective journey that gives shape to three aesthetic universes that live within me. Who I am, who I used to be, who I wish I could be, "Don't forget" is an emotional cartography woven with memories and materials. Through textile techniques, I transform these fragments of my story into tangible matter, preserving traces of the past, layers of meaning, and emotions that I refuse to let fade.
Lonely Child takes me back to my childhood memories in the countryside of Bogotá, the solitude of being an only child, surrounded by magical cornfields, cows, and agapanthus flowers.
MADRE is a tribute to my mother and my land: Colombia as a living, fertile, and fierce body, a protective jungle that nurtures and holds with the strength of a maternal instinct.
Missbehave is the Verónica I have always wanted to be but never dared—the one who misbehaves, who breaks the rules, who roams the city with boldness.
